Refund policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Due to alcohol regulations, all alcohol sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@thehollywooddistillery.com with your order number.

Hollywood Distillery reserves the right to refuse cancellations that fall outside this policy.
