Three things to do while you wait
If you want a head start, here's what most prospective hosts do between submitting an inquiry and our reply:
- Book a public tour to scout the space in person. The same room your event will happen in. Tours run Thursday through Sunday, $30 per guest, about sixty minutes, with a tasting flight of all four production spirits at the end. Book a tour.
- Browse the event-specific planning pages. Useful for sketching the format and any add-ons before our team responds: weddings, rehearsal dinners, bachelorette parties, milestone birthdays, brand launches, corporate events, album listening parties, and photo and film shoots.

A note on response time
Our events team is small. We respond to every inquiry personally. If you have a hard deadline — a published wedding date, a launch tied to a press release — mention it in the form so we can prioritize.
