The spirit of Hollywood

Hollywood Distillery was born from the passion of three longtime residents who share a deep love for their city and the art of crafting fine spirits. Our journey began in 2016 when Larry Neuberg, Jeff Zarrinnam, and Ferris Wehbe united to create a premium line of spirits that honors the legacy of Hollywood.

The Mission

Hollywood Distillery is an homage to the community of Hollywood.

Hollywood is a household name across the world. To us, Hollywood represents both the glitz and glam under the lights and the small town, working class community that underpins the film industry.

The Hollywood Distillery is a family - we're run by a tiny team. Many of us live within a few blocks. Some of us even went to elementary school together.

Our products are made by hand in-house and contain local ingredients. We focus on creating high quality spirits from organic ingredients while at the same time telling the story of Hollywood – and continuing to build our community alongside our customers.

The Hooch Maker
Ferris is a long time resident, civic leader and business owner in Hollywood with over 35 years of experience in both business and civic endeavors. Recently, Ferris owned and operated a restaurant and separately, a nightclub/bar in Hollywood. Ferris has direct experience in alcohol spirit sales and holds a retail alcohol licenses. He also has significant experience in event planning and renting locations for film productions.

The Hooch Commander
Larry has deep roots in Hollywood, owning and operating a successful import/export business in the community for over 30 years. He has significant operational, distributional and logistical experience in both domestic and international markets. In addition, Larry is an expert in operation supply chain management and has extensive experience in manufacturing as well.
Jeff
Jeff
The Hooch Runner
Jeff is also a long time hotelier with over 37 years of experience that also includes event planning, catering and banquets. Jeff redesigned and developed the famous Hollywood Hotel (which he currently owns and operates) which also has its own restaurant and lounge. Jeff just recently served as Chairman of Board of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

Our hard working little team is a cross-section of the Hollywood community itself;

we're comprised of family, neighbors, friends, immigrants, and artists - with backgrounds in music, film, small business, government, and non-profits.
